Anginette Cells Jorrey

“The most important part of my job is to be an advocate on behalf of my clients,” says Anginette Cells Jorrey, a fifth-generation Texan and seasoned mortgage loan officer at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. “From beginning to end, my clients’ needs are my priority.”

Since the earliest days of her career, Anginette’s focus has been on providing honest, informed, and effective service to her clients. Today, she is fueled by the same commitment. “I’m honest with borrowers right from the start,” Anginette explains. “I always explain what’s to be expected and I never sugarcoat the process or provide unrealistic figures. This is the biggest financial obligation the average person will take on in their lifetime, and I do my best to make sure they are prepared and informed.”

Anginette serves borrowers from all over the state of Texas, with a focus on purchasers and with a particular specialty in conventional, FHA, and VA loans. From savvy investors to first-time homebuyers, no matter the client, Anginette’s business model operates on the golden rule. In addition, Anginette makes availability and personal attention major foundational facets of the client-centric service she provides—staying accessible, providing well-rounded feedback, and taking the time to prepare homebuyers for all the realities of the process.

Just as Anginette makes it a priority to keep her clients informed and educated throughout the lending process, she also places great importance in remaining an up-to-date expert on the ever-changing marketplace. She prides herself on being an active professional in her industry as a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Women’s Council of Realtors where she received the distinguished “Affiliate of the Year” award for outstanding service and dedication. Anginette is also a graduate of TAR’s leadership program and is a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, as well. “I work actively to further my knowledge and build resources for myself and the clients I work with,” Anginette says. “Knowledge is powerful.” Through her continued education, Anginette ensures that her clients are given the best advisement and resources possible to make fully informed decisions in their lending process.

In addition to holding an active role in the community, Anginette has built a sterling reputation based on a thorough, personalized approach on behalf of her clients. At the end of the day, serving others and providing a positive impact in the lives of her clients is the bedrock of Anginette’s business and personal philosophy. “Helping clients reach their personal goal of homeownership is at the heart of what I do,” Anginette reflects. “Above all, I believe in giving back to others.”
